Make an Educated Decision
Commercial property inspections help identify current or potential issues with a building and the surrounding property. Whether you are acquiring a retail unit, an office building or a multi-tenant property, the report gives you a documented picture of condition before money changes hands.
Every finding is photographed, and we bring thermal imaging, drone imagery and sewer scoping to the job where the property calls for it.

Common Questions
What types of commercial property do you inspect?
We inspect retail units, office buildings, multi-tenant and mixed-use properties across Central Florida. If you are unsure whether your property fits, call us and we will tell you straight.
What systems are included in the report?
Building envelope and structure, structural and roof systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and parking area and site components — all documented with photographs.
How much does a commercial inspection cost?
Commercial pricing depends on square footage, building type and which additional services you need, so we quote each property individually. Call or text (321) 877-6247 and we will put a number together for you.
What additional services can be added?
Sewer scoping, infrared scanning, balcony inspections (DBPR HR-7020), drone videos, specialty evaluations and problem investigations can all be added.
Do you use drones and thermal imaging?
Yes. Jay Peters holds an FAA Part 107 drone pilot license and is a CRT Certified Residential Thermographer, so aerial roof imagery and infrared scanning are performed in-house rather than subcontracted.
