Pre-listing Inspection Program
The pre-listing Inspection Program is an innovative way to market listings and generate several high quality leads to you. We will provide the marketing materials and plan to get your listings in front of hundreds of potential buyers. When meeting with a seller at a listing appointment you can present this program as an additional resource to help your clients home get sold faster and reduce or eliminate any last minute negotiations.
The Process
The home gets inspected and the seller has the opportunity to make any repairs they choose. The inspection report is then updated and posted on our website for any potential buyers to view for free. Before they view the report they fill out a contact form. The contact information on that form is immediately emailed to you.
As part of our Pre-listing Inspection Program we’re including our pre-listing warranty package with our 120 Day Warranty, RecallChek, SewerGard, 5yr Platinum Roof Leak Protection, MoldSafe, Buy Back Guarantee all free to your potential buyers. We will also create a one minute YouTube video with general pictures of the home, instructions on how to view the report and your photo and contact information in the video. The video will also showcase the warranties included with the purchase of the home. There will be two links below the video. Once with your email, phone number and website and another link that takes the viewer to the contact form to view the report.

A bit about our company
2020 Inspection Solutions performs buyer/seller inspections and insurance inspections (4 point – wind mitigation – roof certification). We use thermal imaging technology for infrared scans, drone photo and video footage for inaccessible roofs, sewer scopes for sewer drain line inspections with pipe and septic locating capabilities, crawlspace rover robot with photos and video footage, moisture meter with photo and data recording capabilities. Our reports, from HomeGauge reporting software, are delivered same day or within 24 hours and include photos and videos of deficiencies. Customers can view prices and a live calendar with available dates that are published immediately on the website. Inspection request can be made on the website as well by the customer or the buyers/sellers agent. Realtors are included on all reports and receive the reports when the customer does. Our inspection agreement does not include a clause that prohibits the customer from sharing their inspection report. The report belongs to the customer and they are free to share with whomever they choose. Customers can pay online with a credit card and download the report instantly.

RecallChek
What is Recallchek?
RecallChek is a recall monitoring service that alerts homeowners if a recall has been issued for any of the appliances in their home.

RecallChek for Agents
Once a client is a member of RecallChek they will receive monthly email newsletters. The newsletters are a way for you, the agent, to market directly each month with custom marketing designs created by you through RecallTrak. The RecallTrak Signup Portal is the easiest way for you to become registered for free constant contact style email marketing through RecallTrak monthly newsletter. 90 Day Warranty Program
Like the RecallChek program the 90 day warranties can be used for marketing by Realtors who use a participating inspection company. Items discovered on the inspection to have deficiencies are not covered in the warranty for that warranty category. See full policy details by clicking on the warranty button next to each warranty. Warranties #3 – #5 are included on the 90 day warranty (for buyers) OR the 120 day warranty (for sellers). Each warranty is good for 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. The 120 day warranty is good for 120 day from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. The 90 day warranty is designed for buyers. This program has a $0 deductible and a max payout of $500/mechanical $2000/structural
MECHANICAL COVERAGE SUMMARY: Plumbing: Water
lines, faucets, water heaters, drain lines, gas lines. Electrical: Main service panel, secondary service panel, and
wiring. Appliances: Kitchen Appliances including and
limited to oven, range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, trash
compactor, and garbage disposal. Heating/Air (HVAC):
Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Thermostats.
STRUCTURAL COVERAGE SUMMARY: Poured Concrete
& Block wall foundations. Floor joists, bottom & top plates,
and wall members. Roof leak repair (does not include
replacement of bad shingles), load bearing walls, attached
garage doors.
The 120 day warranty is designed for sellers. This program has a $0 deductible and a max payout of $500/mechanical $2000/structural. The 120 day warranty covers the same items as the 90 day warranty.
SewerGard is designed for homes older than 15 years OR have tress or invasive root plants in the yard. This program has a $300 deductible and a maxpay out of $2000 per claim and $4000 total. No drain issues found on the inspection will be covered. Coverage includes issues found under driveways and sidewalks but not the cost or driveway and sidewalk repairs. This warranty covers all water and sewer lines from the perimeter of the home to the septic/city sewer system. The SewerGard is a 90 day warranty and is extended to six months if the customer orders a sewer scope inspection with the home inspection.
MoldSafe is designed for all homes. This program has a $300 deductible and has a max payout of $2000. This is a 90 day warranty. No mold found on the inspection will be covered. No mold caused by a 3rd party contractor will be covered.
Platinum Roof Protection is designed for all homes. This is a five year roof leak protection program. The coverage is good for five years from the date of the closing. This program has a $500 deductible and a max payout of $3000. If a chimney flashing fails the client pays $500 for the repair and no further chimney flashing repairs need to be paid out of pocket by the client. Only leaks are covered under this program. This program covers any type of roof and any cause of leak except for insurable damage.

And now for the “fine print”:
- If InterNACHI buys a house back under the Buy Back Guarantee program InterNACHI will use you to list the house and pay a 6% commission.
- The program is good for pre-listing inspections for sellers as well as buyers looking to purchase with confidence. The guarantee goes with the home, not the occupant or current owner. The buyer will be covered under this guarantee, so this is a great marketing tool for a new listing.
- The Buy-Back Guarantee is valid for home inspections performed for home buyers and home sellers only by participating InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspectors®.
- The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.
- The Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice.
- The Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing, not after the inspection.
- InterNACHI® will pay your client whatever price they paid for the home.
