Aluminum Awning Roof Covering Narrative
Inspection Narrative
The inspection of the roof addition revealed that it was constructed using a lightweight aluminum pan awning material. Upon examination, it was observed that while certain load transfers may occur in connection with the manufactured home (MFD), the addition appears to exert minimal impact on the primary structural load. No significant load transfers to the MFD were identified, suggesting that the addition does not compromise structural integrity.
Both the doors and windows in the area were fully functional, with no observed cracks or gaps on either the interior or exterior walls. This observation further supports the conclusion that the roof addition is not imposing any undue stress on the MFD. The overall construction and integration of the addition appear stable, and no immediate structural concerns are evident.
